I am very lucky to have been given these two cards by a store owner who has just started to purchase Dreamweaver Color Solutions Alcohol Inks and EarthArt International Animal Spirit Stamps from me. Her name is Barbara from Stampers and Scrapbookers Wonderland here in Logan. Each bee was done a little differently as were the backgrounds. All the bees were put onto wobblers so they shimmy when touched.
The next three cards were created by friend/ student Lyn Edwards. Lyn came with me to CHA this year and did the EartArt workshop. She was very supportive of me becoming the Australian distributor of this range of stamps as she loves them and had already purchased some on one of her overseas trips......I think she said it was Canada.
This one was stamped onto gloss card then mica powdered. The beige die cut mount and brown ribbon complement the card brilliantly.
This one was stamped with red ink, die cut and matted on red card then mounted onto a multi stamped background using the same stamp then completed by attaching to a red card.
This idea sprung from a class I taught where low tack tape was used to create a frame on gloss cardstock and ink used to form the background. Lyn has created triangles of varying sizes instead of a standard rectangular mat then stamped with India ink.
Thank you to both ladies. Your work and generosity in giving me these cards is very much appreciated.
