Stampendous Butterfly Trio

I really enjoyed making these card. I have yet to use the third butterfly in the trio but I will, eventually lol. I also haven't used the large butterfly on craft foam and shrunk it. I will also do this, eventually!

This is the largest butterfly in the set. I coloured it with metallic Gelly Roll markers.
The background stamp is Stampendous' Vintage Letter. I also added some Spoonful of Silver for texture. I used the matching dies to cut the butterflies out.

This card was created using the second size butterfly in the set on gloss cardstock with Stewart Superior Hybrid inks. These inks are pigment inks that have dye base qualities, like drying on coated surfaces. The colours are vibrant on gloss cardstock. If using them with embossing powders you have to be quick getting the embossing powder onto the image because they do dry quicker than ordinary pigment inks.
I used the same background stamp as the first card but used brown ink.

This was done exactly the same way as the second card but on uncoated cardstock. I added some opal glitter to the wings.
